Serigraph headquarters building sold for $10.3 million

Affiliates of Waukesha-based real estate private equity firm Smart Asset Capital have acquired the main corporate headquarters building for West Bend-based Serigraph Inc. for $10.3 million, according to state records.
Serigraph is a commercial printer and decorative molder with annual revenue of approximately $60 million, according to an investor presentation from Smart Asset Capital. Serigraph’s main corporate headquarters building is located on a 27-acre site at 3801 Decorah Road. The company has a lease through 2040 for the 176,491-square-foot industrial building (with 142,047 square feet of warehouse space and 34,444 square feet of office space) of Pabst Racing. He is also the great-great grandson of Frederick Pabst, founder of the Pabst Brewing Company, and the great-great grandson of August Uihlein of the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company.

The deal for the Serigraph headquarters building comes a little over a year after Serigraph sold the other, smaller building on its corporate headquarters campus to Smart Asset Capital in a sale-leaseback deal. The 93,000-square-foot industrial building at 3701 Decorah Road was sold for $3.4 million in February of 2025
