Our Story
Smart Asset Capital was founded in 2019 with a clear vision: to empower investors through strategic, high-yield real estate opportunities. What began as a focus on residential investments has evolved into leadership in industrial real estate.
In May 2024, we launched SAC Industrial Fund I, marking a pivotal moment in our growth. Today, we concentrate on small to medium-sized, cash-flowing industrial properties in Southeastern Wisconsin, identifying opportunities often overlooked by others.
